Its not easy getting a good trading system for fx trading.

I have a system that could make 30/70% in a year and still testing it but traders say that's so small a profit. I also have a 20pips hacker EA still testing and that looks good to make over 10% monthly still testing that too.

https://www.myfxbook.com/members/ForexRefuge/20pips-hacker/349461

My advice to traders is to see fx trading as every other business that needs time to nurture. Its a marathon and not a sprint.

We should either trade with huge equity or have the patience to build small equity.

As a signal provider, the best i can promise anyone is an average of 10% steady profit monthly and with compounding interest, we could make over 200% on capital in a year. Lets take it one step at a time and be careful using any EA that gives jumbo profits which is never sustainable.

too bad we can't help finding haters in a forum like this and most of all these haters are no good to themselves.

Any trader with just a little iq will read in between lines that 'still testing' should go with a demo but maybe you are so dumb that you forgot you read that part.

And also for the records, even with my demo, i am way better than you who have no real account verified but have junks of losing accounts and the 2 accounts that are said to be real stopped updating since 2011 and the other one has no track record verified. Thank GOD im honest enough to show the world im demo trading the EAs with trading privilegde and track records fully verified with detailed trade info made public with nothing kept private.

Experience have shown that losers like you get so frustrated that you try to bring down every potential good trader you see. Please look elsewhere pal. These are automated trades so there will not be any difference in trade results between what you are seeing now in demo or real so when im done testing the EA on demo i will switch to real account so i advice you verify your so called real accounts and update them real time. layabout.

Actually you quite know who i am....
Im a college trader and i run a society in my university of which students chip in to a hedge fund me and other traders manage....
not big but we're in the +200k USD region....
anyways its nothing big but 70% of our trading are done by Robots...

sooo all im doing is putting 1k USD to test out Million Dollar Pips...

From the stuff i read of your posts, sickens me.... Robot trading is never a holy grail, but it has always been a trial and error.... if you NEVER try... you NEVER Succeed... its plain and simple...
your attitude of 'You Will Lose trading with Bot' sickens me.... you do realize Big Banks out there use NOTHING but Bots to place orders right??
Perhaps you havent heard much about the market recently.... I suggest you google up something called Knight Capital Group and what happened to their Stocks... They basically tried to integrate an experimental market making bot which fucked up as a result of a bug.. so yea even Big Banks and Hedge Funds use bots...

Talk about Beginner's Excitement, i'm vouched... so people sure seem to think im a bit more experienced than you are huh.... and i wonder who THESE people are.... im guessing EXPERIENCED people... otherwise i wouldnt be getting vouches.... yawn....

BTW the KEY to successfully using MDP is to find a broker with low spreads and low slippage.... i found a white label broker and it seems to be doing the job... i have to say though is that im charged commissions and swaps... Not good if i hold on to trades for long... lucky MDP doesnt hold trades too long for Swaps to chew me up....
Slippage is amazing.... Max slippage in 1minute chart is 1 pip, averaged around 0.6 pips, sooo orders are triggered without much worry...

On my broker, under normal market conditions the max slippage recorded is 1 pip and averaging about 0.6 pip.
Now when news releases comes up, MDP shuts down to prevent unwanted orders to be filled beyond a price level that would render the bot useless....
what i realize is MDP makes most of its trades during quiet market conditions in Asia and its perfect trading that way...
why?? welll on news release EURUSD can have a slippage as high as 30+ pips, and a bot with SL of say 5 pips like MDP just wont work, thats why MDP is temporarily inactive when volatility is high.

Besides, too early to say that the bot is a failure... im still up 5% since inception.... but im only testing it with 1k sooo 1058.xx usd aint too bad for a week...

Anybody else still trading MDP?
Had a nice profit today for 82 pips (4 trades). But for months MDP has been more or less break-even and I am only trading with one account still and mainly for the rebates (on IBFX).
Cheers

Yep i am still trading MDP, also had profit but i had 4 trades x2 that won.... Reason why for month MDP has been more or less break-even is because Market did not have any direction during summer trading periods....
seeing as EURUSD, GBPUSD are acting like its got a direction to trade finally.... MDP can do some damage, i'd say its worth the risk of putting 1k usd to trade this bot,

Hi, new here. I bought this EA as an experiment to see what all the fuss is about. I am sceptical, however am prepared to finally give it a go...

Although, seems like nobody is live on Thinkforex, like the main demo account is on. I scanned many pages under the OP, but saw nothing advising against putting MDP on thinkforex - unless I missed something.

So, what are people's experiences with Thinkforex?

Any other broker recommendations that work well with MDP, like only ECN or what ?

thanks

hi saj, broker selection is just a trial and error process to see which bot does well with the broker's spread and slippages, i would recommend looking for some reliable broker with fractional pip, ECN, and low spreads. preferably with low commission too....
Pepperstone does well but when news happens uh oh slippages will be harsh on MDP....
Also it depends on the latency of the broker sooo if you can find a broker where their trade server is in Califorina, id recommend finding a dedicated server in california to have the optimum latency for trade execution... MDP is very sensitive to latency.

We should not need of thinking of those EAs that working only in fake liquidity or can say that at 100000000 lots available for Buy or Sell on each Tick that is never possible in reality

Because it shows No slippage In Demo accounts and hug +pips

But i prefer only Real Live accounts

Cheers
