If it looks too good to be true, it's probably a scam! Let the buyer beware.

Guys stay away from unregulated brokers like FXCH and 2pips.com and GCG all scam brokers u will lose ur deposit. The EA developer and broker are tied up so they will show a manipulated account working and even fake withdrawals and lure innocent traders to buy the EA and both EA developer and broker get their money in form of the EA cost to the developer and your deposit to the broker.
I had tested FXCH long time back with an EA on their demo where they allow 0.1 lots but when u open a real account the min lot size is 1 and their prices are fake and spreads are fake and they only will eat your deposit.
Stay away from this scamsters
