Data you see is true except for the total gain. For a reason I still don't understand, this number is way to high. To see the correct number please go to custom analysis, click 'all' and then click 'Analyse'. You'll see the real calculations.

Yes this is mine. 100% programmed by myself. I'm currently testing it with real money and I publish results mostly for friends and collegues to see its performance. I don't distribute it for the moment but I may in the near future if it stays consistent. I'v been testing it only for 3 months on live money and I made a major upgrade in may (hence the jump in profit) but I'm still unsure if it'll hold the pace...

if you need anyone else to test for you give me a shout

if this can be back tested i have 4 years (2007 to 2011)of tick data from duckescopy which is 99% good data,if any good let me no???

No need to backtest it! This EA has been thoroughly backtested. I'm now on the forward testing phase with optimization and real life and real money trading phase. I'm waiting for a steep trend reversal to confirm the safety of my algorithm. Before this, this EA is way too risky to be released... (Although the results are pretty consistent for the first few months, it could blow the entire account if the whole algorithm doesn't work properly during trend reversals...)

By the way, for those who ask, OMT 1_5_6 means Oscillator_Multi-Trend version 1.5.6

like i said before if you need any forward testing help give me a shout you can allways put a date on the EA,when it runs out till you trust me,thanks jondays

Hi,

I did not stop. When the robot detects a possible trend reversal it stops trading until everything calms down... When it trades, it trades a lot then waits until the
parameters get perfect again... I would be surprise to see it trade this week because of the steep rebound that started last Friday...

Hi everyone, I decided to write a public message so I don't have to answer all your private messages directly! A lot of people wonders why OMT struggles this month... Watch the news! Euro is highly volatile and OMT being mostly a trend EA, if the short-term trend changes to rapidly, the EA struggles to follow and hits sometimes numerous 'safety' mechanism...

I updated this version so the drawdown wont hit 40-45% anymore. I estimate that the maximal drawdown will be from now on around 30% maximum (estimation...)

The fact that OMT survives this tumultous time in the Euro zone is good. It'll give me a lot of data to work on and it shows that this EA is more safe that I thought...

And by the way, for those who wonder what happens with the PAMM on hotforex, I'm working on it. I'm calibrating the EA for a leverage of 1:200 (works currently on 1:30). Let's hope I can do it!
