Hello Double Trap,

I don't know how PowerFlow would perform when used as martingale trading system and to be honest, I also dont want to find it out. There is a VERY large difference between grid trading/price averaging and martingale trading. Personally I have no interest in martingale trading as described by you.

Published closed trade says this Martingale that increase lot size of each level as price moves the wrong way. What price averaging occurs? None in the closed trades. What do you mean not Martingale?

Backtest trade record shows very big Marti basket happened that would blow account if compounding occurred. Not do compounding allows built up profit to buffer DD from big Marti basket. If withdraw done just before big Marti basket occurs, account may fail. Can't rely on built up profit to make Marti PowerFlow safer.

Is Marti. Just look at backtest or live log to see.

@FxPhil

Martingale trading means that you double your position size ever time. And while it can be very profitable, it is as you mentioned correct, very risky.

PowerFlow EA picks entries based on technical analyzes and uses different position sizes to close baskets in profit. If the market keeps moving in the wrong direction without looking back, the basket will be closed by SL. However, as you mentioned, when the margin is to low and the risk to high, it is of course possible that the account will face a margin call. It is the same for all other known trading methods.

Hello,
your EA looks very interesting. If I buy the EA, will I receive profitable set files?

Greetings,

Have never thought that such trading strategy could pay out, but it did, at least on my account: +5000 USD

As the system allows you to set a max limit and also SL I don't see what should be dangerous.

The absolute minimum is 200 USD. However, on accounts with standard lots (100k) and low leverage, I recommend to use a higher start balance.

Hello Remin_Later,
yes, it is. We use the EA at the moment on 3 currency pairs (USDCAD, GPUSD, AUDNZD) but you can use it also on any other instrument.
