Hi Primevalea,

GBPUSD & EURCHF pairs is recommended to run in hedge & grid mode or scalper mode?
Which mode is profitable in your analysis?

Can you rank the most profitable among 6 pairs of scalper?

Hi,

The scalper mode is better and safe, the grid with the scalper mode can run together using one extra chart.

The EA supports 8 pairs, the most profitable are:

EURCHF, EURUSD, EURGBP and USDCHF
Below this leverl could be the USDCAD and USDJPY
And Below again considering risk and volatility of the pair: GBPCHF and GBPUSD

Great feedback..thanks!!!

I noticed my trade in Alpari UK demo started 18-20 but your account trading started 20-22. Can you tell me what is your GMT offset for Alpari UK?

Another one is my trade sometime open twice for same pair same time and your trade only open once for a pair but with more trade compare to mine...what setting causing this differences?

I followed manual recommended max spread to set max spread are you follow manual as well or your max spread is higher?

Alpari UK GMT Offset is 1 which is automatic calculation of the EA.

In this account the MaxSpread has not been set, it's just the default which is 8 so all trades are allowed
but on a Real Account this has to be set according to the pair.

I have been following this ea for a while now and am considering a purchase. I noticed however you are running two demos on myfxbook. One with Alpari-UK and the other FXCBS. The overall performance started out similar but ever since 15th February the balance on the FXCBS account has fallen yet the Alpari demo has continued to perform very well. Can you give any reasons for the difference in performance?

Hi, I see most successful trades open 20:00 - 21:00 hour for alpari but ocassionally eurgbp is opening trades at 00:00 hour this week which both resulted in loss. Is there a way to prevent new trades from opening after 23:00 hour maybe? After 23:00, it seems some pairs are breaking out of consolidation and trending, causing some losses on trades opened late. I've seen this happen with other scalper EA's as well.

Hi, We changed this now to avoid that the eurgbp open trades at 00:00 GMT, members would just have to re-download the EA.

To clarify my question, I'm wondering if the setting is taken from the Margin Level % from your broker terminal or if it's the % of margin used ? Also, how come trading is so slow today? Only one trade so far...

This Setting is used this way:

   if (AccountFreeMargin() < AccountBalance()*MarginCutOffPercent/100) {
      return (-1); // Do not trade
   }

Today We had 'No Connection' problems with Alpari, that's the only reason, even that way it made several trades today, not just one.

I'm sorry, can you explain the setting better please. Maybe an example would help me understand it. Thanks.

OK, for example if your MarginCutOffPercent value is 40 and your Account Free Margin is less then 40% of your Account Balance,
the EA won't open new trades.

Yes, it also depends on the Broker, Alpari UK is a good option, also JadeFX, FXCBS, TheCollectiveFX and others,
you have to set the MaxSpread setting accordingly to avoid a bad positioned trade due to sudden spread increase.

Hi,

You need one chart for each pair, you have to choose which pairs you prefer, actually the GBPUSD
is the least recommended, EURUSD is fine, also USDCHF and most pairs.

It trades Asian Session only and you can choose between the trading range when to trade and stop trading.
