Hi, just some comments, on our Alpari UK forward test we didn't get any of those losses but it
happened on our FXCBS forward test, the exact reason of this we don't know, for some reason
those big losing trades were not triggered on that account, those were the worst losses since
we launched, on version 2.0 this won't be possible because we modified it to not to open 2 trades
at the same time and price, the gbpusd is safer and trade less often now with lower lots and in general
all scalping strategies should be more accurate.

Your stats are not that bad considering that you didn't start on a good period and you got the worst
losses which means the EA is safe even that way and version 2.0 should be better.

Bad period to start or double trades - it really doesn't matter. BTW double trades also applied to the winning trades. In any event, this EA has proven that the RR ratios are not worthy of my investment. You may feel otherwise and I wish you the best of luck. This will be discontinued at the end of this month.

You can do what you want but I'll continue to improve the EA, besides you don't need to trade all pairs, just the ones you think the RR is worth it, now I'll release version 2.0 which should be a little safer and more accurate. So you're from Costa Rica?

You can also set the SL if you prefer and try to get good results on backtests.

What if an EA proves to be worth it? What can the vendor/developer get from you?

Is there any EA that you consider to be worth it?

For now, I'm living in Costa Rica but am considering another move maybe to to Panama or Uruguay.

I think it is great that you are continuing to improve your EA and I wish more developers would put the time and effort into continually improving their products. I honestly believe that this EA has a lot of potential with the great win / loss rations more than 75% and 100% winning trades on the UJ. The only reason the account is negative is due to the lopsided SL to TP. There may be another way of managing the losses other than a large SL and I would be glad to discuss that with you privately if you send me a PM.

My high school tennis coach used to say that I had a lot of potential but unfortunately the world doesn't pay for 'potential' because I never made a penny from playing tennis. I can't blame the coach because I'm the one who never developed the potential into talent!

If an EA proves its worth, it will sell thousands based on it's reputation and of course proper marketing. The developer / vendor can receive multiple purchases from me as I have several accounts with several brokers. I am one that believes that you can't cheat your way to success. My success depends on the successes of others.

There is one EA that I 'consider to be worth it' and it is developed by a Russian. He knows nothing about marketing so you may not have heard of it but it is the only EA that I run on my real accounts.

Nice comment about the one EA that you 'consider to be worth it'. Why not give the guy some business and tell us how to get a demo of it?

Jeffstar - Here is the contact info: Denis Sotnikov [email protected]. He doesn't offer demo copies or refunds. Also, I would not be surprised if you have to write several times. It is not for the faint of heart as it trades counter trend, takes time to learn, and it is very broker dependent. If the broker filters or otherwise plays with the feed, you are unlikely to get any trades. Works best on ECNs.
