I thought this queen is his girl friend who loves diamonds or a joke emphasizing queen of england.Anyway we believers all messed up with our hard earned money...this Ea story spoiled my belief in Forex. market.

Who in the right mind would send investment capital to the trader and not into an allocated investment account ?

The whole purpose of using MAM/PAMM is to allow the investor to Invest into the system while giving access to their own account(investment).

Sending money to the trader has potential of being Queens money collector. 😲

I only read of this from knowing a friend who use Ortwin, after reading many post I believe that Ortwin/Jen/Jay cannot be believed for his is a pathological liar.

Forgive me interject myself but I ask every last customer to contact their PayPal to explain that he defrauded you by making false offers and claims and then disappeared with your money. If everyone does this at a minimum it will make his account hurt and the time necessary to respond to each claim. It is obvious to my view that he stole the money who deposited funds with him and take payment for no service. He now tries to delay action so that I can cover his tracks or hope to tire you out. I do not believe his claims on anything as he is a pathological liar. Look it up... here are some traits of a pathological liar, a sociopath..just be glad he doesn't live next door to your wife and children. Perhaps someone can contact his neighbors to warn them of his behavior and thievery.

    Selfishness
    Abusive behavior
    Obsessive, controlling, and compulsive behaviors
    Impulsivity
    Jealous behavior
    Manipulative behaviors
    Deceptiveness

    Anger

If he lives in Denmark it is a shame as he has a good life and sad that he steal from lesser incomes.

Do not close dispute from your side as once you close you will never be able to reopen and no payment will be maid by the vendor. This is one of trick of the scammers to grab your money.
Ask vendor to pay you and close the dispute that is only way you get your payment back. This is I am telling based on my experiences with all scammers!!

We are no scammers!

Let's see what we did wrong in the last 5 month:

1. Some blamed to get not exactly the same results/signals as the master account. But the made about 35% profit in just one month. My bank doesn't give me that in 10 years. So what is to blame?

2. Some blamed that I am a BIG liar when I say, that our Drawdown was not 89%. It was 89% of the gained profit and only 45% of the total balance. I can proof that here on MyFxBook on our Chart. I do not lie!

3. Some blamed that I did not tell anything about a bonus. Actually it is not my job to inform you about bonus. The broker offers it and not me. When you drive a car you first have to learn it. It is the same with Forex. You should have informed yourself what a bonus is and which rules are connected to it.

4. Others blame that their account blew up. It is magic that 2/3 of our customers succeed and pay their monthly fee with a smile and thank us for the good work. When your account blew up, than you did something wrong that 2/3 of our customer did not.

5. Others blame that we stole money. We just tried to make more profit with another EA on a PAMM account. But the results for this EA were based on a fake account with manipulated results. We could not forsee this. But we provide solutions for those who were involved.

Summary: We are no scammers and do not steel money and do not lie.

Let's summarize what happened:

28. Mar Toon started trading with bonus
12. Apr you started trading with bonus
17. Apr Toon got answer from me about the bonus.

At this stage, no matter what I had answered, any action to the bonus was far too late.
My experience is: when you accept a bonus and start trading, there is no chance to give the bonus back.

You and Toon setup the accounts WITHOUT asking me about a bonus.
You asked me when it was already too late.

And more: when I write 'your money is bound for a while', why did you take it? It makes no sense.
The bonus will never be yours and it binds you to the broker for ages. So what is it useful for?

So, can we now finish that case and continue talking about how to make money?

I have good news for you: our Managed Account 2 made yesterday 6,2% profit.

Just invest 100 USD and all your losses will be forgotten in some month and you and me will laugh about it.

I hope you agree and accept that it was not my fault that you ran into a bonus-trap.

I told him the only way I would close the claim is if he refunded my money and opened a pamm account where I directly send the money to the broker and the broker controls the money. He made some excuse and said while it makes sense and is logical, he made excuses and then said he woudnt do it.... the claim stands.
