So pretty good start this week as trades were opened earlier today on AUD,NZL and EUR, about a +3% gain with the NZL trade take profit hit. Not so great on the EUR but not bad overall. Also, the new update has sized the trades a little better. With 5%MM a $1700 account opens trades at 8k units. To me this is reasonbably sized, even if you have 3-4 trades opened simultaneosly. Now I'm not sure if this will return the big whopper gains that REV Trader was getting for this year, but this may alleviate the 50% DD that it recently experienced late last month. In 20+ days or so I'll have have to really evaluate the gains from this modification. I may also go higher than 5% MM.
The other thing before the revision I was hoping was addressed by the EA again concerned position sizing. When the EA took a big loss, it affected trades that were made. Why? Because if your margin was drawn down, new trades could not be opened . Example with my $2000 test account when the DD took equity near $1000, EUR and GBP trades could not be opened, since not enough margin was available. The EA should have either sized the positions so that all 4 pairs could be traded even with DD, or stoped out the losing positions so that new trades would not be missed. Again, this could affect backtests because those with larger acounts who had enough equity would have been able to open all initiated by REV trader. The smaller accounts would not have seen these trades in their backtest. Just a thought, but that's why the money mangement is so important in the whole strategy.

It did not open any trade today with default new settings. Did you change the setting or disabled some filters.

All I changed was MM to 5% and used 15min chart instead of 1HR , where 3 trades of about 8k units were opened on AUD, EUR and NZL AUD and NZL were profitable with take profit on NZL was hit. EUR was down a small amount but now up a little because the trade was Short.
I'm glad these trades were triggered because it looks like they'll all be winners. About a 6.7% gain for the day, with much safer sized positions. Nicely done. They were opened very early this morning. The AUD TP was not hit but it looks like the stops were moved up past break even, where it made lik $20 bucks.

Maybe because from the beginning till now. The vendor has updated the EA for many times. The newest version is 2.4. So the EA now maybe has a great change compare to the first version.

Is 15min TF recommended by the developer?
I checked with the vendor he said this EA is designed for TF H1 however you can use it on any time frame on your own risk and tests. We can use on any time frame even M1 and it will open many positions but more risky.

I highly recommend to do back test on any time frame before using on live else it will hit you badly.

today 4/11 i had a problem I was able to open only one trade AUD/USD sell 0.8737, rest 3 i missed. 2 NZD/USD and 1 AUD/USD
could you please help me found out why?
my account is 1,5k and I have MM 5% so it opened only 0,05 lot.

Can you help me pls, on 4/11 and 5/11 i missed 7 trades together and it doesnt look like slippage
I have 1,5k account and i havent changed settings.

Just have to wait for the next one!
Yeah i can say i will wait for anither if i miss 1 trade from 8 but i missed 7 from 8 and i dont think its normal and I have probably have some issue with the system

You need to change the second and third trade settings as mentioned in the text file for back test. new default setting will open only one trade per currency pair at a time.
