Frank - whats REVEnginePro? Is that REV Trader Pro with your own tweaks?

Your EA is doing great so far. 47% return isnt so bad for 2 months!

Go to trade history and take a closer look at the insane lot size sometimes traded on GBP/USD..
Anyway, good performance, but for me it looks like lot of trades are closed manually..

It is not 2 months. Frank's test started only on 01/29. So it is actually just 1 month.

The largest lot size he has used is 5, which I believe is ok for a $100,000 account. And I guess he has added the feature to close the losing trades on opposite signal.

No, 5 lots is not OK, bc he trades 20 or more pairs. And when just 10 pairs open trades at the same time the account will be probabely toast with such lot sizes.. For a 100K account trading so many pairs 0,5 lot would be the safe choice

Maybe he did a stress test 😄 .. demo is where you get to do that, right? But it came out fine ... apart from the period between 02/05 to 02/12, I don't see any big lots on so many pairs at the same time.

@mythostrading I blocked you because you are a liar. You have absolutely no proof that I am selling a pirated version of any commercial software. If you had any clue what you are talking about you would know that RevTraderPro and all those vendors use MQLLOCK which protect the logic within the EA. That would be virtual impossible for me to pirate MQLLOCK software and make changes to it.

You are making a big fuss because you support Synergyfx where all the commercial software is coming from. Get ready for defamation lawsuit odysseus11 and donnaforex!! I will not allow your forum at Donnaforex to label me without proof.

@pc8multifx - All trades closed through EA only.
@goode - The SL and TP are always hidden , unless trade duration > MaxSecondsToTrade then the TP becomes visable at MinBreakeven. Also when two or more trades are entered, a TP is entered at Breakeven+MinProfit to close the whole basket at profit.
@fxdad The real account is using the Opt Setfiles for Major pairs, while this Demo is using the EURUSD setfile for 20 pairs.
@fxtrader10 A lot of improvements and has been more profitable during forward test and backtest comparison

MoneyManagement traded 0.5 Lot on $10,000 through individual backtests- So trading 5.0 lot on 100,000 would be high risk because the system is trading 20 pairs. That is why I turned it down to 1.0 lots on this 140,000 balance. We don't get signals on all 20 pairs the same time, but I've seen 5 pairs enter trades near the same time like JPY pairs or EUR pairs. We can probably use 0.5 lot on $10,000 if we trade 1 JPY, 1 EUR , 1 USD, 1 AUD, 1 GBP currency pair.

I've posted the source code of RevEnginePro to prove that my projects are 100% all my code and not pirated as claims from DonnaForex. - https://redrhinofx.com/redrhinolab-versus-donnaforex-odysseus11-defamation-lawsuit/

Currently RevEnginePro Majors has 5 setfiles within the EA for 5 currency pairs. I will provide all free updates to the EA but the setfiles for additional pairs won't be free. Building setfiles can take a few days to weeks and possibly forever.

When I build these setfiles, I do a visual backtest to study the charts and I add features if needed since each currency pair behaves differently. These new features will be included in the updates for free, but the setfiles will be hardcoded into the EA for selected pairs.

I plan to develop 4 RevEnginePro version. Majors ( 5 pairs ) , JPY ( 6 Pairs ), CHF ( 6 Pairs ) , and Exotics ( 6 pairs ). Each version will include the specific setfile for selected currency pairs.

However, I am using a default Setfile trading 20 pairs, free of charge. Also, you can create your own setfiles through backtesting to trade on any currency pair of your choice. The EURUSD Setfile is a good starting point and can be tailored for the other currency pairs.

Any version of RevEnginePro will not be restricted to the selected currency pairs. You can trade anything that you desire.

I am providing the best setting that I find fit for these currency pairs as I finish them. As mentioned above, it takes a lot of time and future development of the actual trading system.

Hi Red,
Who change the lot size??
The lot size was changed while it trade.

and why don't you install on your real account if you want to sell your EA?
You are trading this account manually, Don't you???

@youngchang - Lotsize fixed at 1.0. The smaller positions is partials closing. Slippage setting at 1 = 1 point = 0.1 pip. ECN slippage. I've seen a few smaller partials get closed while the remainder doesn't close til later. Its not the robot, but from fxopen ecn ecn slippage behavior. It is weird I know.

Real account under my profile trading called RevEnginePro Majors.

Never manual. All from RevEnginePro. Thank you for your questions. Real Live account has 1 buy GBPUSD.

This was originally a 1.0 lot that got split up into two positions. the 0.10 closed first, and then 0.90 closed. It is real world slippage scenario on a fxopen Demo ECN environment.

Very weird indeed. It is becoming very come on all my systems . I just noticed that this account at fxopen demo ecn partial closed the last EURGPB trade - https://www.myfxbook.com/members/RedRhinoLab/rhnio-eg/1167924 and also - https://www.myfxbook.com/members/RedRhinoLab/caesars-armor-eurusd/1141591 - some of these EURUSD trades are getting partials.

The good news is that you can see the comment field ( From #8585383) referring to the ticket number of the original trade.
