Only you can decide that. Many traders believe this system is worth it, but remember, there is NO system that is without risk. If you are risk averse, you are better off not trading Forex. It takes a certain mindset to be successful in this business (even if you use a commercial EA like sPhantom.) Good luck!

Im quite interested in this 'ea'. I analysed some trades and the backround of sPhantom. I have a few questions: Which european regulated ecn broker would you recommend? Any preferences for the vps? Also what will you do when the SL on your live acc's gets hit - will you restart, or go for some new updates which may leed to some new costs?
I know how the past looks but i think this System could make some profits, even in the long run. Id love to see a subscription fee instead of a onetime payment, and 1 month trial for demo acc's i think u can go this way.
I hope i made everything clear

And is it possible to run it on two bank accounts? - for example one with risk 10 and one with risk 30

Could any kind soul please shed some light on why the Drawdown graph (Tab Drawdown) is showing it's largest drawdown 23.8% Sept 11 2013 and yet the Drawdown under Stats (Tab) is 64%. Looking in the history (History Tab, page 3) of the trades on Sept 11 2013 there is only a minimum drawdown -2.3%. Isn't this a contradiction!?

About this HOW MANY PIPS SOMEONE GOT which recently have here been posted. I think it is quite irrelevant; It's generally known that an EA performs different on different brokers and that the same EA can very well perform different on different accounts with the same broker (due to different latency etc on different VPS). If I may suggest, record 30 trades on your account and then copy the history of trades on myfxbook. Calculate the difference in pips; e.g. your accounts profit was 70% compared to official account. Then you can project that into the future. E.g. I think this EA will make 50% in this year so my profit would be about 35%. This is assuming the history on myfxbook for an EA is not faked.

I personally think its extremely relevant, If you can get better price feed and claim more pips from a better/more suitable broker, why wouldn't you?

If you are looking to net 15% less than the main account, you are still risking the same amount of money. I want to get the maximum return on each trade.

Sphantom will close your trade if it doesn't hit TP so if you are 2 - 3 pips short, you can be leaving a lot of $$ on the table!

Just my 2 cents, but there are some big differences in brokers!

my last trade IBFX 9.1 pips - SPhantom 10.3 (same broker)

Floating spread, starting from 0.0.

I have spread floating between 0.1 and 0.4 right now on EUR/USD. They have a trade commision, very small 0.20 cents for a 0.06 lot trade (the most recent one).

------------ ending brag section -------------- :)

Have a good day 😄

Fantastic!! thats the info we need!! Im liking the low spread. IBFX was at 2 pips when the trade closed, Think forex was at 1.2 and would have hit TP (my trade was closed with Sphantom)

It does not allow US customers. They recently opened an EU Regulated clone.

Last 4 trades generated by sPhantom, closed at TP, 10 PIPS (see screenshot).

https://www.roboforex.com/trade-conditions/ecn/ - new zeeland one, regulated by some new zeeland entity.

https://www.robofx.com/trade-conditions/account-types/ - eu clone, but the original has slightly better conditions (no minimum deposit for ECN account).

https://www.robofx.com/about/regulation/ - about regulation.

On September 12th, 2013, RoboForex (CY) Ltd, affiliated with RoboForex Group, activated license 191/13 of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).

here too, exactly 10pips. which mean that the trade was closed by its local TP and not from the sPhantom close signal.
does this mean that the EA on the sPhantom side close the trade later??? or we have been lucky and our trades were in better position than the sPhantom signal one.

Do your due diligence on brokers. How do you think a broker can afford to offer a spread of .01 pips? Because they take the other side of your trade. The fee for the Straight thru Processors (STP) and Electronic Communication Networks (ECN) is the spread. They don't care if you win or lose. They get the spread. On the other hand, bucket shops, as they are affectionately called take the other side of your trade, so when you're REALLY successful, you take money out of their pocket and they don't like that. Accusations of cheating, or arbitrage, or some other nonsense will abound. Some just go under and you're left holding the bag. I think the most frequent vote on Forex Peace Army relates to clients not being able to get their money out of these bucket shops.

Spread is one part of the broker selection process but it is not the only one. Don't react in haste and repent in leisure.

Well, I have bought sPhantom some weeks ago. I am very happy with it. Plus I use CNS as my VPS, a very stable one too! Thanks for your work, keep it up Pantoms! 😎

Actually the price (Bid and ask) for every broker is not exactly the same, as you can open up few broker and compare the LIVE price. They are slightly different due to spread and speed. So some of us might not have the same result. I have asked sphantom to close the price slightly more a few pips, so our close price would have slightly better gain.

I'm in New Zealand, I'll give these guys a call and see what they have to say, the commission is worth it if it closes out trade faster with more pips!

And I ask now, here, sphantom to not change something which is working. If Darren likes more money, he can increase the risk for himself, not to increase the risk for everybody by changing the EA.
