🙃 Luckily and thankfully I happened to avoid all of the stop-losses sustained on some other Kangaroo accounts.
Have dropped my risk level setting down from 5 (default) to 2, until Tulip FX submit the next Kangaroo update, which will hopefully improve safety significantly for future (hopefully rare) freakish market surges.

It is interesting to note that the Kangaroo EA news alert system wasn't already being used to adjust currently open trades (only pending trades).
Tulip FX now have plans to implement this in the next update.
It almost seems like an important oversight to me. If no information on this is given upon the next update, I'll see if I can get a clear answer from Ozzie and Dutch.
