I am new to this forum and just getting to learn about all the information and options on this web site.
I have been trading about 6 years now and I am finally learning some consistent control and discipline.
My usual tendency is to get too confident after a few weeks of good trading then take too many risks.
I don't know where this message is going.
I tried to put in the investor password to this account but it keeps saying authorization password failed.
It is doing that on both accounts even though I can log in using those password with MT4 no problem.
I only use 6 Fibonacci EMA indicators and Pivot Points.

I absolutely I know what it is because I am able to log in with it using mt4.
Even though it said failed when I hit connect, it did verify track record and trading privileges.
Sounds like a bug? I reported it.

Here is an example of a setup where I want to make a trade. In this case I got in too early and trade is going bad. Had to move stop down (which I hate to do). I try to make a rule to only move it once and stay within money management of 2%. Now the market price is about as low as I can tolerate so I will not move the stop again. Price is still above the 21 MA.
(Ooops. I previously stated I use 6 EMA's but they are simple MA's). If price stays above this MA and keeps moving in the right direction then I will let it run. If it goes down then it hits the SL. If it doesn't move up for a while and starts to look like it may go lower then I may close everything.
I want to see a trend that has market price at the bottom of the channel and next to a MA. If it is also close to a pivot point then that is even better. I try to put TP close to the next pivot point unless there is support or resistance first or it is too far away.
I try to have less than 15 - 20 pips SL and more than 20 pips TP. I usually try to move SL to break even if SL is not very close to break even.
Here is when I first put on the trade. Too early.

Here is after it went against me almost too far. Now waiting to see what happens.

The trade finally started moving in the right direction and as it got close to the pivot line I decided to put SL very close because I thought it would bounce off the pivot and head down. It hit SL and final trade yields 3 pips on initial trade and 16 pips on two trades made at bottom of movement. Each trade at .07 lots with $.39 commission on each finalizes at $23.80 profit.

Here is the aftermath.
