That's strange, I got only 1 wining trade by VTP today on IC Markets.

Hi Genrich,

very strange, Gwindy account is also with ICmarkets, two 110pips stop loss hit made the account a big loss.

I don't think it is issue from vendor. But it is still surprised me. of course the different VPS locations also can cause this tick feed issue for same broker.

suggest to confirm with Vendor and broker together if guys here really have the concern on this difference.

People must be using odd brokers.....I use FXPro, not had a loss yet but im expecting one at some point

Synergyfx is quite new. But ICMarkets is not a new broker. the loss trades are also from Old brokers rather than Synergyfx.

The last 2 trades u showed costed me soo much it's unreal. This is soo funny, cuz I just purchased Vortex and was really looking forward 2 it.Now it's gonna take a long time before I recover.
Those of u who trade 0.1-0.5 would never understand the pain.

Hi Alex,

can understand your feeling. it is not only you. Others members account also have the similar pain. several years ago, I had the more serious lesson.

For forex trading, always use risk management based on stop loss pips, not based on initial capital risked for each trade.

for this point, I can say that the risk management concept for some vendors are totally wrong. Don't use history performance guide your risk management for future. Only use hard stop loss to calculate the risk!!!

Absolutely right; when u have to choose the lotsize u must check the stop loss value and evaluate how much money u are confortable to risk at each trade. Money managment rules followed by vendors are usually not suitable for the average trader, because they usually uses high risk to attract buyers.

Hi craneliu,

yeah I know about Gwindy, perhaps the difference because of VPS or account currency - AUD or USD... I don't know...

Don't be so frastrated, if you plan to trade forex for a long journey, this is a good lesson. You risk 16.5% per trade. Don't expect to become millionaire account within short time. 2-7 % month return is good enough for a fund manager.
