I have bought this Robot and it works exactly same as what Doug shows openly at myfxbook. The trades he opened are exactly the same as what shown in my MT4, this robot is not scam or whatever, it is really a machine that makes profit. People who doubt about Doug's ability is just losing trades themselves instead of making profits. I absolutely trust in Doug's trading strategy.

Hello All,
I just purchased & activated/installed VTP trade copier but the manual is missing as key component about time frame for pairs.
Can someone kindly post here the timeframe to choose for charts EURUSD & GBPUSD pairs using trade copier.

Many Thanks

Hi Aman,

If you use Trade Copier, you do not need both charts of eurusd and gbpusd.

You just need to attach VTP Trade Copier onto 1h timeframe of Eurusd, and use all default settings.

You only need to set up the fixed lots as per your own risk appetites.

For example, with 1k usd account, you can use Maximum 0.2 lots for safety sake.

Whenever Doug's account has trade on either Eurusd or Gbpusd, or both eurusd and gbpusd, the trades will be copied automatically to your accounts without you doing anything.

Please set up Enable Market Status = False.

That's all.

If you or anybody still have questions, you can email Doug directly.

I HEREBY CONFIRM THAT ALL TRADES I HAVE GOT ARE EXACTLY SAME AS PER DOUG'S TRADES SO FAR (1 week).

Only difference is the slippage / entry price difference which is because of different brokers and VPS. That's all

James, glad its working good now. I'm delighted with the Trade Copier version, so far! Its a shame as I can see new members (probably competitors of Doug) saying they are getting many failed trades, thats complete BS. They must not have set it up correctly or they really are just trying to make trouble here on his thread. My trades match the vendor 100%. Some slippage but thats to be expected.

Thank you so much James. I did not understand what Doug meant by saying 'Do not put it on any other pair or you will get duplicate trades.' But you made things clear as a bell. I have set EnableMarketStatus=False as I read before that otherwise it thinks on FRI that market is closed when its still open. So thanks again for the awesome help there. And I got appropriate CustomLotSize.

Merry pip filled days to all of us!
Cheers

Sadly for those who just bought it, we may see our first 2 big losses today. If only we had a 'smart' EA that wouldnt take entries near key resistance areas like GU's physchological level of 1.50000!!!! No brainer and if I'd seen it opened trades at that level sooner I'd have closed them. Hope and pray for a turnaround.....

Hi Tobeji,

IC Markets is good STP broker. The only thing you need to do is use a good, reliable VPS provider with VERY LOW Latency.

Well, today may be the first day after a week since we use Trade Copier that we may suffer 2 big losses (hit 110 pips stop loss).

As per my technical analysis, as long as 1.4900 holds strong (will not be broken), Gbpusd will move upwards again. Well, as of now, GU has come down to 1.4919, and bounce back up.

On m30 timeframe, candletisks are moving up slowly now. If it can move above 1.4965, we will come to breakeven point within today.

The bad thing is good U.S News, while very bad news for GBP.

You all can see that after some retracement, Eurusd continues to move up faster than Gbpusd.

I just came back home after late dinner at restaurant with my family. If not, I would close 2 buys for max loss of 10 pips because it Bought GBPUSD very near 1.5000 level after GU already came above 1.5000 and move down under 1.5000.

If VTP bought GU before it came above 1.5000, then, these 2 trades would be winners because GU would have broken 1.5000 before moving down under 1.5000 level again.

Let's pray that GU can move to breakeven point, or even 10 pips stop loss, I advise that we should close these 2 trades for small losses.

Hi all,

1. Thanks to some members here who likes my support. Well, I am not vendor, and I am not related or connected with Doug Price in anything.

But I like Doug Price because he did give me all replies very satisfactorily. So, when he is not here in this thread, if any new inexperienced members asked, I am willing to help if I can. That's it.

From today's experiences about some floating losses on 2 buy trades on GU, I would like to suggest and advise those new, inexperienced members who have bought VTP EA, and use TRADE COPIER as follows:

1. Please use minimum leverage level at 1:400, at real ECN or STP Brokers. You can inbox me to ask about some good brokers, I will reply you then.

2. Use good VPS Provider.

3. Based on account balance. If you have 1k usd account, please set up 0.1 fixed lot size at maximum.

Why ? Because VTP Trade Copier can open 2 trades on the same pair. So, it means you can have 2 trades on Gbpusd, and 2 trades on Eurusd at the same time.

So, imagine 4 open trades x 0.1 lot size = 0.4 lot size already.

You want to make profits consistenly every month, not to blow out account suddenly because of some unexpected markets news, right?

So, why not grow your account a bit slowly but steadily, even very seldom, you can suffer some big losses (hit hard stop loss of 110 pips per trade).

So, if you want to go safe, maximum lot size is 0.1 lot per 1k usd account, 1:400 leverage level, and 'if you go like 0.05 lot per 1k usd account, IT IS VERY SAFE IN THE LONG RUN.'

Just want to share my own opinions.

Now, let's wish the 2 buy trades of GU will be breakeven for today.

Hi,

Price has been moving up as I said earlier.

Now, price is moving around 1.4965 for more than 1 hour. We need to see next 1h candlestick to be a Bullish one above 1.4965 to push up to 1.4980 - 1.4990 just right before market is closed for today.

Let's pray again.

James Phuc, does this VTP shut down at the end of the week or can it carry forward into next week?
