I recommend a charge-back through your bank/credit card company. He drags these out on purpose, it's obvious as can be. The only way I could get responses out of him other than 1 line useless responses, was to keep it transparent here because he realizes how much it can affect his marketing efforts if the true experiences get out.
Good luck even trying to contact his 'ClickBetter' company, they don't pick up the phone, just go through your bank/CC and avoid his antics to drag out the 60 Day Guarantee.
This is what I am talking about.... it'll take months to cover your lost in a day which wiped out your months gains. You'll be lucky if you are not loosing another 4. The vendor is great with his data on the report because he knows the EA's trading rules. He can manage it manually. What if this happened to us??? We never know what is the entry/exit rules. How do we manage it manually??
I'm still waiting for my refund, it has been 3 weeks requesting for it.... wonder why it's still not done yet!!!
