Grayscale has filed a new prospectus post-meeting with the SEC, outlining its aim to transform the Bitcoin Trust into a spot Bitcoin ETF. if grayscale is updating it’s Bitcoin Trust prospectus then that means they’re actually staying transparent and compliant, which can boost investor confidence.
