Grayscale has filed a new prospectus post-meeting with the SEC, outlining its aim to transform the Bitcoin Trust into a spot Bitcoin ETF. The updated prospectus, submitted on November 22, hints at a potential change in GBTC’s ticker to BTC. if grayscale is updating it’s Bitcoin Trust prospectus then that means they’re actually staying transparent and compliant, which can boost investor confidence.
