What is fascinating to me is that the binary options scams are so wide-spread and ubiquitous that have spawned another industry – that of the recovery companies and professionals. (https://www.forexbrokerz.com/news/Recovery-room-scams%E2%80%93the-ugly-spawn-of-binary-options-fraud)
The situation with the recovery companies is rather similar to that of the binary options companies. There are the honest ones and then there are the fraudsters. It is hard to distinguish them and clients should be extremely careful.

Something a lot of people don't realize is that whether a binary options broker is a scammer or not does not matter. Take an honest binary options broker, and look at the payouts. They are downright terrible. Your odds are literally better playing at a casino than they are with binary options.
It is very very difficult for a trader to get a win rate of greater than 55% on these even trades on a long term basis. Sure people can sometimes do it in the short term, but extremely rarely in the long run. Now apply that 55% win rate to an 85% payout and what do you get? A long term negative trade expectancy. It will just be a matter of time before your capital is eroded, and probably faster than at a casino.
If you think you have an edge in these markets, then trade vanilla options on a regulated exchange like the CBOE. You can't get scammed because it is a regulated exchange, AND you can build equivalent trade setups with equivalent payouts of 95%. Apply that 95% payout to a 55% win rate and you now have a positive trade expectancy.

Forex trading business is much better option to me! Because of low trading cost! Yes, I it’s not easy way of money making, since more than 90% traders are loser! But till now I am with Forex and learning and updating my trading skill! Besides, I don’t like traditional job of my country!

Apparently this is yet another shady company that is not regulated anywhere by anyone looking for naïve people.

It is kind of pity that in a time when financial authority regulators (in different countries) have started banning of Binary Options trading and brokers and still some people puts their money in there, attracted by some cheap advertising and soon after ask advises how to withdrawal their money back from the BO brokers and to complain in forums.

The crackdown is coming from all sides because after years of neglect financial regulators, law enforcement and private business finally realized how risky this instrument is and how dishonest the brokers offering it often are.

Binary options is a bit of a joke. Totally unregulated and more like betting /gambling than actual trading. Stay away

Apart from banning binary options occasionally regulators actually do their jobs and impose fines on binary options brokers and their employees who have crossed the line - the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has announced several board decisions penalizing some of the former senior managers of the Pegase Capital company that operated the binary options brokerage Interactive Options. According to FSB a South African client has complained that he could not withdraw his funds from Stockpair. The company is not licensed and regulated in South Africa and instead is registered offshore.

This happened to me last year as well, got involved with one eurekaminingblock and another options broker that I lost almost 200kUSD to, I was so devastated when it happened, after several attempts to get my money back involving lawyers etc, I was able to recover my money.
