What is fascinating to me is that the binary options scams are so wide-spread and ubiquitous that have spawned another industry – that of the recovery companies and professionals. (https://www.forexbrokerz.com/news/Recovery-room-scams%E2%80%93the-ugly-spawn-of-binary-options-fraud)

The situation with the recovery companies is rather similar to that of the binary options companies. There are the honest ones and then there are the fraudsters. It is hard to distinguish them and clients should be extremely careful.

Something a lot of people don't realize is that whether a binary options broker is a scammer or not does not matter. Take an honest binary options broker, and look at the payouts. They are downright terrible. Your odds are literally better playing at a casino than they are with binary options.

It is very very difficult for a trader to get a win rate of greater than 55% on these even trades on a long term basis. Sure people can sometimes do it in the short term, but extremely rarely in the long run. Now apply that 55% win rate to an 85% payout and what do you get? A long term negative trade expectancy. It will just be a matter of time before your capital is eroded, and probably faster than at a casino.

If you think you have an edge in these markets, then trade vanilla options on a regulated exchange like the CBOE. You can't get scammed because it is a regulated exchange, AND you can build equivalent trade setups with equivalent payouts of 95%. Apply that 95% payout to a 55% win rate and you now have a positive trade expectancy.

Forex trading business is much better option to me! Because of low trading cost! Yes, I it’s not easy way of money making, since more than 90% traders are loser! But till now I am with Forex and learning and updating my trading skill! Besides, I don’t like traditional job of my country!

Yet another example of an untrustworthy binary options broker – the Japanese Finance Ministry issued a warning against Monte Carlo Binary, operated by the Seychelles-based M Carlo Capital Limited. (https://www.forexbrokerz.com/news/Japans-Finance-ministry-warns-of-HotForex-Monte-Carlo-Binary)
Talk about unethical advertising – calling themselves Monte Carlo Binary while being operated from the Seychelles.

Hello friends. I think we all faced the advertising of binary options in the network before starting the business. I thought a lot about whether to trade binary options, whether you can make money on this and what strategies you can apply. The market of services in the field of trade in binary contracts is growing at an extremely fast pace, and it is becoming increasingly very difficult for a beginer to choose a company, a broker. If you decide to trade in the market then you know the choice of the right broker is the first major, very important step – https://topbrokers.com/ .

Right now it’s difficult to recommend at any brokers , because lots of trading brokers are available in this market place and most of them are found to be scams. I can recommend only regulated which guarantee their clients’ funds.

Dear traders, one of our mentors in EAForexAcademy has writtn a whole section in our form how to recognize the smap brokers. You can read it in order to see and recognize every step and action they take to take people's money. The information is 100% true due to it comes for a sales person in such brokers.

The Belgium regulator FSMA issued a warning about yet another binary options broker - Trade Invest 90 is not allowed to provide banking and/or investment services in or from the country. (https://www.forexbrokerz.com/news/Belgiums-FSMA-warns-of-Trade-Invest-90-forex-binaries-broker)
Apparently this is yet another shady company that is not regulated anywhere by anyone looking for naïve people.

It is kind of pity that in a time when financial authority regulators (in different countries) have started banning of Binary Options trading and brokers and still some people puts their money in there, attracted by some cheap advertising and soon after ask advises how to withdrawal their money back from the BO brokers and to complain in forums.

The Canadian Government has made their decision:

https://www.timesofisrael.com/canada-passes-complete-binary-options-ban-urges-israel-to-follow-suit/

The Australian Government started heading in the same direction in June:

https://www.financemagnates.com/binary-options/regulation/australian-regulator-declares-ban-five-brokers/

The problem now is that many of these Binary Options SCAM companies are now trying to get into Cryptocurrency and Forex.

Hi all,
In my opinion, the brokers who allow the binary options are not reliable. So i would recommend to chose wisely when it comes to choosing the broker for your trading.

Even private companies like Apple are changing their rules and banning binary options apps from their stores. (https://www.forexbrokerz.com/news/Binary-options-apps-no-longer-permitted-by-Apple)
The crackdown is coming from all sides because after years of neglect financial regulators, law enforcement and private business finally realized how risky this instrument is and how dishonest the brokers offering it often are.

Binary options is a bit of a joke. Totally unregulated and more like betting /gambling than actual trading. Stay away

Another warning against a binary options broker, this time from Nova Scotia Securities Commission – and the warning is against the binary options broker AshfordInvestments, which is not authorized to sell securities in the Canadian province.( https://www.forexbrokerz.com/news/Nova-Scotias-regulator-warns-of-binary-options-broker-AshfordInvestments)

It’s incredible how they tried to operate in Canada although the country recently banned binary options altogether, as samabiong said.

Apart from banning binary options occasionally regulators actually do their jobs and impose fines on binary options brokers and their employees who have crossed the line - the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has announced several board decisions penalizing some of the former senior managers of the Pegase Capital company that operated the binary options brokerage Interactive Options. The fines total €200 000 and are imposed on three company officials. (https://www.forexbrokerz.com/news/CySEC-slams-Interactive-Options-managers-with-200-000-fine)
CySEC clarifies that the fines are for failing to have in place and strictly follow operational requirements and to periodically assess the effectiveness of the policies arrangements and procedures implemented by the Company for complying with obligations provided in the Cyprus legislation.
