Technical Trading or Fundamental Trading?

I close them daily - though yesterday I held out to late last night -one of my worst trading days, missed nearly both my 'am' and 'pm' entry times.

The question of this thread is misleading. It is not a choice between fundamental and technical. The best way to maximise your chances is to use both

first try not to close anything DAILY or WEEKLY ETC..... let THE TRADE tell you when to close.. don't get caught up with time frames!!
REMEMBER NO EMOTIONS!!! I cannot stress that enough!!
it will burn the best traders!!! always EMOTIONS ruin the best situations. Getting out too early or getting out to late. we see this over and over in traders worldwide.. remember you're doing it to YOURSELF..

the question is for the public not misleading at all.
everyone has an experience and an opinion. Some people only trade technical OPPORTUNITIES. and some trade only fundamental OPPORTUNITIES.
Personally, if people want to replicate our particular success rate they will be instructed to use both. That's why we are here.

Right, everyone has his own opinion, for some traders both technical and fundamentals matter while some give more importance to the technical.

I prefer technical analysis, but I strive to always be aware of any major fundamentals coming out when I'm trading. Otherwise the volatility caused by them could catch me by surprise, and that is never pleasant.

I think most of the traders give more preference to the technical analysis.
