Very bad experience with this broker.
I opened an account on May/1 with 20 USD to try, because I read some bad reviews. After I made some profits, they delayed all my orders from 200ms average (I work from a VPS in UK) to more than 3 sec, sometimes 20sec, 30sec!!, so the big slippage arises... It's an unethical behavior and I don't know who loses more with this kind of tricks, because me and maybe some traders who are reading this review will stay away of this broker.

Very high spread on standard account (variable 3+ pips on EURUSD), deposit & withdrawal are instant with Credit Card/Skril and take 2-5 days for bank tranfer.
They removed all my bonus after my first withdraw without considering this was a partial withdrawal.
Not a bad broker but some others are better.

While spreads may be a factor for certain very aggressive scalping strategies, from my point of view spreads are the least important aspect of rating a broker. I've traded with brokers with lower spreads and most of them do not have the professionalism that trading point has.

last sat/sunday, I've got all my accounts (real & demo) totally invalidated or no connection- that's resolved.
Now (25apr2012, Wed), I'm getting two statements for the same trading day with different results sent for 23 & 24 April 2012.
The 1st one got 6 "closed transactions" details; the 2nd one (sent minutes later) only got the top 2 usdcad for "closed transactions" for that day (for 24apr).
It seems I'm getting lesser profit for the same day's statement (for 24apr & 23Apr) on the 2nd statement's *closed transactions*- my bottom-line.
Hope your side would resolve this right so there would not be such cause leading to a dispute- which I do hope not.
I've made this report to TP support.
Anyone else got similar problem?

Hmm ..my expirience is not so good .. i open account with trading point about 2 monts ago .. here is what i think

no requotes --- very good
spread ------ very very bad ( at times spread goes up to 4.0 )

gbp/usd -- 2.60
aud/usd - 3.10
eur/jpy -- 3.40
over all i give them 2/5 out of 5 ...

This broker is one of the best brokers I've ever used, The support is awesome , anytime you need help the will call you , sometimes my manager calls me just to ask how is everything . also for Muslims they allow to open swap-free account with the deposit only 5$ not like others from 1000$ and more . There server is fast till now I never saw a disconnect or something like that. I spread is fine from 1.5 pip till 2 pips and sometimes change . I also like the 0 fee on withdrawal and deposit . If you are new to forex this is the company that you need.

I have traded forex with many brokers, but trading-point is the best among them. I have been trading with them since 6 months and haven’t had any major problem yet. Even if any problem sprouted, it would all be sorted out by the end of live support chat with one of the companies’ customer care representatives. It provides amazing leverage of 500:1, which is really great for small traders like me. Mostly all my trades are executed immediately without any delay even if it’s big or small volume orders. And since it’s a regulated and registered broker I wouldn’t doubt its business and legality. In whole trading-point is an awesome broker for me and would recommend it to anyone.

i haven't had any problem with the broker and if anytime a problem occurred i would press the live chat icon and would have my problem solved by the end of the chat. I salute them for their prompt and efficient customer service. The other thing that i like about this broker is its leverage 500:1, which is really beneficial to any small investor like me. The broker is registered with FSA UK and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), because of which its legality cannot be doubted. I've only been with Trading Point for a few months (I opened an account with them after FXCM UK kicked loose all its U.S. clients), but so far I'm very happy with them, haven't had any problems at all. Generally good spreads - certainly for the major pairs anyway; orders usually go right through without requotes; no problems with running EA's (although honestly, I don't use them very often); customer service timely and helpful.
