What is the most effective way to look for a PAMM fund manager?

Why not verifiying and checking the systems sections , there are good traders on that place

I think you can not get more than 20% of profit annualy without risk to lose your capital. Most traders try to get more profit and lose their money and money of investors

how do we know the profit shown by the fund manager is true or not?

If fund manager wants to cheat you he will do it. If the fund is older there is less chance to be cheated. 90% pamm accounts stop trading in 1 year, 9% pamm accounts stop trading in 3 years. Look for older then 3 years pamm accounts
