Hello. Yes EAs support Pepperstone broker. Some EAs use TP/SL or hide TP/SL or TP/SL as setting SafeEquityStopOut. Every EA/strategy it has different. EA will not close your manual trades. EA know its trades by the magic number. In EA setting you can change lot size or setting auto Risk.

EA uses risk money manager. For deposit 100 USD uses 0.01 lot and for deposit 20.000 USD uses 1 lot.
