yes they seem to take to much in operating fees that kills the live performance of the system and it looks like the hole system has been over optimized and not suitable for all market conditions which spells out danger , not to mention the way they pull the records down when they have a draw-down and start new graphing so it looks like it is doing well when the thing is majorly flawed.
