As i mentionned on Bluemonkey account, the problem is that BMEA v1.1 does not really work - it does work only if there is a move in one direction during a day, and if during the night or the day after, it does change direction to take the profit. But if the trend is in a direction for 2 days, and if there is big trend, then the robot does take the loss each time (if protected) or just make margincall (if no protection with stoploss).
I can see that AddOnBanana v2 is great and better. excellent work.
But if you know how to code a robot, then i would just rebuilt BMEA and improve it significantly, because this BMEA v1.1 does not work. It is pure luck for a couple of weeks, and then margincall each time. Forget and improve.
I am happy to provide highlevel details if appropriate to help. But i do not know how to code an EA...

I think this week all your manual interventions have created a lot of losses on your two main accounts; and the performance is flat because of that. From what i have in mind, all the losses you have taken should have been profits as in the first weeks - but i know it is always easy to judge when the tade is closed ;--)
I would recommend to have your demo accounts without human intervention, as during the 2 first weeks they did work very well with Addon 1.1.

We are 100% in real and 130% in demo. This is an awesome performance in just 1 month. I have other accounts running different settings. We must go slow and solid. Have a nice weekend!

I have 5 accounts runing Banana System. Each account have a different approach and need to be adjusted. It´s normal because we are still developing the system. Soon I will share the other accounts.

can you explain the loss on Euro$ today. Also for sure the day was crazy and unpredictable, but why a loss at that level? was it done manually?

Because of that volatile EUR day I had to make manual interventions. Version 1.2 will do it automatically.

Hey guys,
Here there is something to correct to improve the safety of the robot. Look in 30 minutes there is the big FOMC minutes, as every month. No matter what they say, the movement with all the $ pairs will be massive, crazy and unpredictable.
Your robot just opened a second trade for Euro $, with a huge lot size, just one hour before this crazy news.
That should not be allowed. Because it is casino game here, and we do not want that.
So i do not know how to change that, but if you know then please change this, as i have already warned severa times BlueeMonkey and he never updated with this input. This is very important concern.
To be honnest you have only one big news for each currency every months (ECB, BOE, Fed minutes, BOJ...) this only event should be avoided and no trade should be opened 6 hours before and 6 hours after (or something like this). Then after it will work perfectly, and it will avoid the craziness of these events, which do happen every months.
Please keep us posted if you can do it and if it will be in yoru next version.

will you relaunch a demo account, maybe without the fancy currency pairs?
You will have seen also that bluemonkey new version does not work, as it is virtually bankrupt in 2 days (50% DD for the moment). So something has to be corrected somewhere, as Bluemonkey robot does not work with volatile trading cessions like the ones we have had since beginning of January..

I think you are tesing the robot on too many exotic currency pairs.
For example with pepperstone,w e can not access NZDCAD.
Your robot seems to be very good with currencies with large volumes. Clearly it is working very well with Euro$, Euro£, £$... but forget the little ones with NZD for example, too exotic.
Good luck and let's see what could be the peformance during a couple of months.

You are correct. The test objective is that we can see the performance with many currency crosses. The Banana+BMEA works better with the majors ones.
