FED Rate Decision is next Wednesday. A 1/4 % rate hike is a virtual certainty. Traders will scour the statement to determine how many more to expect in 2017.

This could be a classic case of buy the rumor, sell the fact. Everyone expects the U.S. Federal Reserve to raise rates at the next meeting, Dec. 13-14. Once they announce a rate hike, traders will likely take profits.

Mr. Crazy's chart shows it clearly....so let 's look at fundamentals. yields favor Aussie and Dollar, Italian referendum to leave EU occurs in December, U.S. likely to raise rates in December. Populism on the rise in EU, look at problems with free trade agreement with Canada. And then, of course, the elephant in the room: Brexit.

Looks more bullish now. 3 higher weekly closes. Looks like good support now around 103.50. Next resistance looks like 105.42, but longer term 108 could come into play.
