i think you could compare widht of the zone to the braking trace - more distance u need to stop means less confidence in actually stopping on time :)

it is supply and demand zones analysis; ie tight ranging(ballance), followed by refusing go to one direction(growing of imballance), followed by breakout to opposite direction(reballancing). Upper range of buy box is starting right under two short rejections - u can tell there is gonna be some liquidity, ie stoplosses, limit buys from yesterday that has not been triggered yet, This give me clue, that supply will be weakened in here, giving good probs of either turn up or correction ending on BE(after new supply zone is created to fuel in what has been depleted at Buy zone)
