One thing that I usually see happen with Eur/USD that spikes will test to the largest and nearest bar on weakness or strength after news ,we didn't see this.

Friday's price tested lower on the positive news, from a TA point of view price is following the SMMA on the 30min chart, price can go either way at the open as Traders settle in and test directions.

1.17200 was a first ceiling we talked about earlier ,we have a re bound at 1.16500 ,1.17 could be a sticking point till close.
