Angola GDP Growth Rate YoY
The second-largest producer of crude oil in Africa is Angola. It is therefore responsible for around 47% of overall GDP, 98% of export income, and 75% of government revenues. Among the non-oil sectors, wholesale and retail sales account for the largest proportion of total output (21%), followed by agriculture and fishing (10%), construction (7.7%), and manufacturing (6%).
A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the AOA while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the AOA.
