Industry accounts for 25% of GDP, and the most important segments within this sector are manufacturing (16% of total GDP), construction (5%), and electricity, water, and gas distribution (3%). The government accounts for 7% of GDP, with the agriculture and fishing sectors accounting for the remaining 4%.
