Bosnia and Herzegovina GDP Growth Rate YoY
Exports from Bosnia and Herzegovina are dominated by the manufacturing and mining industries, which account for a large portion of the country's GDP. In the current economic climate, tourism is likely to become increasingly important. Among the spending components of GDP, household consumption ranks first, accounting for 81% of total use. Next in line are government expenditure (22%) and gross fixed capital formation (18%). Approximately 33% of GDP is derived through exports of goods and services, while imports account for 55%, deducting 22% from total GDP.
A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the BAM while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the BAM.
