Government budget value in Brazil refers to the nominal budget balance, which includes the central government, regional governments, and public corporations, as well as debt servicing costs and nominal interest on the federal government's debt.
A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the BRL while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the BRL.
