Initial public offerings (IPOs), loans from trust firms, and bond sales are examples of off-balance-sheet types of funding that occur outside of the typical bank lending system.

A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the CNY while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the CNY.
