Croatia GDP Growth Rate YoY

Add to your site

It took more than a decade for Croatia to be admitted to the European Union, which it did in 2013. Tourism, information and communications technology, automotive, food, pharmaceutical, logistics, metal, and textile are Croatia's primary sectors. When it comes to expenditures, household consumption is the most important component of GDP, accounting for 60% of total use. This is followed by government expenditure (20%) and gross fixed capital formation (19%). 46% of GDP is accounted for by exports of goods and services, as imports account for 44% of GDP, with the latter contributing 2% to total GDP.

A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the HRK while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the HRK.
