Germany Inflation Rate YoY
Germany's most important categories in the consumer price index are housing, water, electricity, gas, and other fuels (which account for 32% of the total weight), transportation (13%), recreation, entertainment, and culture (11%) and food and non-alcoholic beverages (which account for 10% of the total weight). The index also comprises Miscellaneous goods and services (7%), Furniture, lighting equipment, appliances & other household equipment (5%), Restaurant & accommodation services (5%), Health (5%), and Clothing & footwear (5%). The remaining 7% of the index is made up of the following categories: alcoholic beverages and tobacco, communication, and educational institutions.
A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the EUR while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the EUR.

Eurozone Industrial Production Recovers In July
Eurozone industrial production recovered at a moderate pace in July due to the rebound in consumer and capital goods output despite tariff threats, official data showed Tuesday. Industrial production registered a monthly growth of 0.3 percent, in contrast to the 0.6 percent decrease in June, Eurostat reported. However, the rate was slightly weaker than the forecast of 0.4 percent.

German Economic Sentiment Rises In September
German economic confidence improved in September but financial market experts remained cautiously optimistic, a monthly survey conducted by the think tank ZEW showed on Tuesday. The ZEW indicator of economic confidence rose unexpectedly to 37.3 in September from 34.7 in the previous month. The score was expected to fall to 27.3.
