Transportation accounted for 16.2% of total GDP, followed by Housing and Utilities at 13.2%, Alcoholic Beverages, and Tobacco at 8.3%, Recreation and Culture at 7.7%, and Other Goods and Services at 7.3% of total GDP. 26% of the overall weight is accounted for by Restaurants and Hotels, Health Care, Furniture, Housewares and Maintenance, Communication, Clothing and Footwear; and Education.
A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the HUF while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the HUF.
