Industrial production in Kyrgyzstan is a measure of the output of firms that are incorporated into the industrial sector of the economy. Manufacturing is the most significant sector, accounting for 78.1% of total production and being the most profitable. In the manufacturing industry, the most important segments are metals (62.2%), food items and tobacco (16.1%), rubber and plastics (9.8%), coke, and refined petroleum products (4.1%). Approximately 15.1% of total output comes from the provision of electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning, 5.7% from mining and quarrying, and 0.9% from the water supply, sewerage, waste management, and restoration.

A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the KGS while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the KGS.
