New Zealand Labour Costs Index YoY
The change in labor expenses is measured by the Labor Cost Index. The index includes base salary and regular-time pay rates, as well as nonwage labor-related costs like as annual leave and statutory holidays, superannuation, ACC employer payments, medical insurance, private motor vehicles, and low-interest loans.
A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the NZD while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the NZD.
