Peru Interest Rate Decision
The Board of Directors of the Central Reserve Bank of Peru (Banco Central de Reserva del Peru, or BCRP) take interest rate decisions in Peru. The official interest rate serves as the reference interest rate.
A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the PEN while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the PEN.
