Sweden CPIF YoY
According to Riksbank, the consumer price index with a fixed interest rate, or the CPIF, is used as the target variable for the inflation target as of September 2017. From a monetary policy standpoint, one downside of the CPI is that it is directly influenced by changes in the policy rate, according to the central bank. Through their effect on mortgage rates, these modifications have a significant and direct effect on the CPI that is unrelated to underlying inflationary forces.
A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the SEK while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the SEK.
