The National Bank of Tajikistan is responsible for making interest rate decisions in the country. The refinancing rate is the same as the official interest rate.
A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the TJS while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the TJS.
