Thailand Consumer Confidence
Thai consumers' perceptions of the present and future economic conditions, employment opportunities, and income expectations are tracked by the Consumer Confidence Index (CCI). Around 2440 households participate in the survey t he index is based on. An indicator that is higher than 100 implies an increasing outlook, whereas one that is lower than 100 shows a declining outlook.
A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the THB while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the THB.
