One way around it and stuffy regulation is using an offshore broker .
You'll have better Leverage options and access to Crypto markets but its completely up to you

I agree. Solid ECN Securities offers high leverage to both US and Canadian citizens.

FinproTrading is good, been using them for almost two years now and there has never been any issues.

I'm also from the US. Have you ever considered going offshore? There are actually some good advantages there and higher leverage.

forex is slowly evolving into web3 aka crypto platforms/blockchains. One in particular that I've been using for over a year is merkle trade on aptos. 0.6 seconds execution on-chain. I don't expect brokerages to exist much longer.

Be humble

I used to be able to recommend Saxobank A/S Copenhagen for US non residents but they began offboarding US citizens as of last month throughout the bank  and updated their website accordingly. If you are a US nonresident then Switzerland could be a viable alternative if you are looking for leverage beyond 30:1. If you are a non resident and still looking for a bank, then I could possibly introduce you.
