Instead of having to send circulars out to members to stop trading News you could simply have deployed a news filter in your EA. You simply cant expect everyone to sit behind the screen for every news. Forexfactory do have a news filter which can be deployed easily in any EA for MT4

Agreed. I no longer use this EA - EAs should be fully automatic 24 x 6, no manual intervention required. All EAs I use are fully automated.

the GBP speaker was break news, it kill most of scalper yesterday. we have alarm about this. btw, the news filter can not prevent the bread news.
scalper is the only EA on FX market!

actually, we sent the alarm yesterday . it is just copy to here.
scalper is the only EA on FX market!

No, the point is that just sending email "do not trade" is not enough.
Great customer service is something completely different.

Yep, Any EA programer can add a NEWS filter for about $100. Its easy for them to do. I have several of my own EAs that have news filters or day and time filters.
