Many things actually, but on the top of my fav. list - I would say the spreads and leverage

After being a client for so many years, I still cant name a specific disadvantage that they have, so I guess everything is okay. The only thing they gotta do is maintain this quality of services.

Years have passed, but I dont regret ever being a client here. I still remember the first time I have made a deposit, it went smooth and since then, I do mostly withdrawals. Each one is fast and without issues, so I am grateful for choosing fxcc. Cheers guys.

I presume there is nothing to improve. Perhaps, some small fixes and bugs which sometimes appear, but this is okay for such a big platform, they are anyway fixed quickly.

Yeah, as I said, it's about demo experience because I wanted just to nose out what this platform offered to me. It has a nice kit of tools, modern trading conditions, tight spreads and all that. Convenient place if one wants to develop in this direction.

One of the advantages of FXCC is broker's use of some of the most popular tools among traders.
I'm talking about trading platform and those services that provide trading (for example, deposit and withdrawal services)

I don't think FXCC has any services or any tools that need to be improved.
In addition, I never experienced problems with any of company's services.

The only thing that can be added is a few more rare financial instruments.

I have been as regular as every month in my usage of this platform for about 4 years and counting.The platform is easy to use and also has wonderful additional facilities like superior charting system. In terms of prices, there are no complaints as to the tight spreads offered.

Very nice bonuses for verification. Easy to do, and of course they can't be withdrawn but help to trade a lot. Can take lower margins and be safer when trading. These bonuses work well with low minimum deposits, I didn't start with a lot but they still aplied. Many brokers force like $1k deposits for bonuses to start..

No MT5, only MT4. MT5 would be better I guess, because the new order types.
Only one account type, works perfect for me but for other strategies may not work as well, so its up to individual trader.

Wasnt mistreated by broker so thats a plus. Almost three years, no signs of scam. But I mostly just swing-trade from time to time so I wouldnt have noticed a 1-5 pip slip, I don't care about small moves like that.
The fees can always be lower, but I get it that brokers need to earn too. We're both earning here so its fair.
For the same reason, havent tried the free VPS ( I don't need it). But hear need a huge deposit first to make it work.

As an experienced trader, my experience so far with FXCC has been great the platform, especially the platform contains analytic tools and charts that allow you to plan your executions efficiently. The Competitive pricing is accompanied by tight spreads. However, during certain uncertain periods, the service may cause oscillations the basic pricing strategies are visible and well-defined. The features are extraordinary, and each of them deserves five stars. For traders, it offers charts, superior trading instruments, different types of orders, and trading education at FXCC. I am just chilling, cuz the broker is one of the most convenient options for me. No hidden fees, 0 comms, tight spreads and quite a good leverage. But beware the risks if you trade small lots, don't use a big leverage because it leads to well-known consequences.
Maybe it's not one of the most feature-rich platform, I would say it's lacking certain functions, but at the same time I don't need them. Mb some other traders require such things as autochartist or stuff like this, but not me.

Well I like a lot of features of this trading platform.
First of all it's their execution which I am quite sensitive to.
You know, when you scalp major fx pairs during peak hours, the price on such ones as gbp/jpy jumps up and down, you should be convinced of having no troubles with execution.
Secondly, it's cool that they do not have account types system. I ain't prefer it, all-in-one solution is something that relieves me from extra hassle. Spreads are tight, no hidden fees, leverage suits my trading strategy.

Head a pleasant experience with them. Now I finally know why so many people write about custsomer service. It's because if you have any issue, they are the only ones who can help, and the only ones who even care to help. Trading terminals are iffy creatures, and the market itself is an untamed beast. CS are the only one on my side lol.
Got them to help me with my order and multi terminal setup, I'm increadibly greatful since some of this information cannot even be found online.
I know they do it because they want me to profit so I could buy bigger lots and give them bigger comission. But still, it's nice to have someone in my corner, and feel the camaraderie, even a little bit.

I think this platform and particularly the ECN XL account type is one of the most cost-effective accounts currently available in the market. Trading on an ECN account, with raw spreads, without paying those hefty fees for opening and closing positions is beneficial and significantly reduces the costs of trading.

Yeah, I know it is not cool that FXCC offers only one trading account so far but the trading conditions of this account are beneficial for traders. There is no minimum deposit required, leverage up to 1:500 available and you can withdraw funds for free, traders can trade with hedging mode and the speed of execution of orders is so fast that I can’t blink an eye during trading. By the way, traders can get 100% deposit bonus for making the first deposit and it is admirable of them.

FXCC provides a real ECN/STP trading environment, just check their spreads if you don’t trust me :)
0.4 pips on EUR/USD, 0.8 on GBP/USD, 0.6 on USD/JPY and so on… good spreads on all instruments. This is why I have chosen to trade on their platform and I recommend them.
But it’s not only the spreads that are making this platform attractive, the fact that they don’t charge the usual ECN account type commission for opening and closing a trade, makes them even more attractive.

By all means this broker is compatible with my trading needs.
There is a cool range of markets, from forex to crypto and energies which helps me to diversify risks correctly.
And their analytical stuff helps me to make informed decisions.
