Anybody following the contest? Ionico is doing incredibly well. His gains just went from 16275% on 11 Feb 2015 to 64433% today, 12 Feb 2015. Yes that is true and by having a decent FX strategy you can potentially make a lot of money trading pure martingale. Lets see if your trading system can last 1 year . Mine did then it crashed - https://www.myfxbook.com/members/RedRhino/martingale-1-year-b4-crash/688728 - It reached 200%.

So if you invest in PAMM, and bad luck hits, and they have 25% drawdown, can your share be wiped out?Is the large fund AUM protecting your from ruin? Will you see your funds as DD by 25%? Will you see your amount closed out because you could really only get by with 5% DD.???? What is the maths behind it?

How is it possible that being an account Hedge, the Equity decreases?

There is no "but"Once you are hedging... it doesn't matter because the negative swap will always be higher from positive swap... as brokers are also taking commissions from swap.
