ctrader connectivity issues with myfxbook

The only solution I find is to do the following:1. login to myfxbook first2. Open your ctrader and go to the 'Performance' tab3. Click on the myfxbook logo4. It asks you to approve the access5. You then get the message that the account is already added6. Close browser and restart or refresh the page and the account is updatedS*itty process...

If convicted this could open a whole new can of worms for large traders. I'm not sure as traders we should use the word "Greed" we play a zero sum game. There's Wealth Accumulation and Excessive Wealth Accumulation, neither of which IMO is Greed.

it's good to know the value of 1 pip. In this case, assuming your account is in USD, $1. So yes, it's $28. But, this will not be the case with non US currencies. There is a good article explaining this on investopedia: https://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/06/pipandcurrencypair.asp
