You only need the MyFXBook EA in one chart per instalation of Meta trader. So go for the second set up you mention.I did that once and my data on the myFXbook site got messed up.To fix i made sure i had the EA on only one chart. The system does have a stop loss implemented, however no stop loss or take profit orders are transmitted to the broker. This is done to overcome problems like stop hunting.The goal of the system is slow profit taking instead of big fast profit taking which includes big risks.
