Don't watch market all the time. That's not trading that's addiction. You do not need to watch the market all the time. A total of 4 ot 5 hours is enough for trading. From the beginning one needs to develop all the good habits of trading.

If you feel stress, always take a break from trading and try to clean your mind.

To achieve a result, you do not need to constantly be at the screen and monitor the market, it is enough to calculate everything and build a trading plan for yourself and understand when it is necessary, observe and draw conclusions.

Yes, it is very important to consider it as a job and not an addiction. Most people get influenced by the market and end up overtrading.

Not true! The more hours you watch the PA, the more you understand the moves and the easier it is to predict the upcoming moves.

You shouldn't open new trades all the time, but just watching the chart and evaluating it, is the core of this job.

f you want to do Forex trading, you must first control your emotions. And if you want to control this emotion, don't watch the market.

It is true. Traders must take a break if they feel stress. Also, don’t make it an addiction.

Usually new traders do it. They can not sleep at night properly. I can remember my early days. Later I got to understand that we only need to know when to observe the chart.

It’s always a good idea to take a break from trading. Sitting in front of your system is not recommended. You must take some time to relax and de-stress.

I like to set fixed hours of 9am to 6pm. I only look at chart in those hours. Outside I just relax

The market is open 24*5 and few 24*7. You cannot always sit in front of the screen for that long/. a few hours and sessions are enough

Yes, you should take proper rest, how someone can watch market 24*5, you will get tired easily. From the beginning try to develop good strategies, also take some time away from trading, rest your mind so that you can come stronger.

Sometimes you think that I devote the maximum time to trading and be a fanatic, this will lead to a good result, but in the end it turns out the opposite.

Matching the market all the time will take a toll on your health. Your eyes will pop out of the socket.. Hahaha . I can’t even imagine doing that, let alone actually doing it.

By doing this, you will become fed up. You should make proper time management and do according to your plan.

If always in front of the screen and monitoring the market, usually will be tempted by price movement, it can lead to change early plan to trade because of anxiety, but I think will depend on each trader psychology, if has strong psychology although always in front of the screen but keep discipline with trading rules.

Well, I believe that you can look at the situations on the market during your trading day, however don't take it too close to your heart actually. Everything that happens with market doesn't mean that it can affect the asset which you trade. Hence, you shouldn't bother about it. The main here is not to look at the charts and graphics all day in order to hope that everything will be good. It's just a waste of time and your nerves. Traders must stay positive despite any kinds of issues which they can face. Positive mood is the main thing for a trader in ase he/she wants to become successful in this sphere. Otherwise, you will just lose everything you have I guess.
