    Has anyone have a pepperstone -razor account? This week all losses for me. And the ping times fly over. I think this is last week with razor for me. Their ECN seems to be fraud. There's no 4000ms time for modification of an order in ECN trading conditions.

GOs servers sucking as well.. 66000 ms for a order modify got reported today from a guy and platform flipping around between the DCs...

There are so many brokers out there much more better for MDP personally feel.

Id never go above 2% and I run a standard risk of 1.5%, remember the first few trades normaly dont win.. dont push the trades unless you have great trades liike the demo page. Slow and steady wins the race. My charts are set at 1.5% risk and growing well.

The same happened to me at pepperstone, exec time jumped from 600 to over 6,000 ms, I switched it off waiting until servers migration to NY is completed

NOT TRUE. I've got real money account at Pepperstone and since a week the exec time has jumped to 6,800 ms (should be < 1000 ms) - this would dangerous to trade, I switched it off

I think they profile us by the quantity of trades opened around same time and slowed accounts down to protect their servers and their pockets as they scammers are clearly on the other side.

Hi moneytalks,
Did you change any of the settings on either EA? Thanks

Yes, I had to change the settings on both of them.
The most important was slippage = 0, so it made more profitable trades than on this demo account shown here.
But it do neither use Razor nor Thinkforex for trading.
Started with 125,- Euros at 4th august and now I am at 3491.23 and have already withdrawn 450,- ;-)

Sorry, it was a long search to find the best settings for me and a suitable broker for this EA, therefore I will not tell which broker I am using.

for me...
I got 36 trades
for a total of +80.6pips
in 14minutes
I'm using the latest MDP version

compared to the MDP demo: 14 orders, +87.2pips (MDP version?)
I also see another demo account with 34orders and only +36.4pips (MDP version?)

So I'm close to the demo account from a PIPs point of view.

My settings for this batch of trades:
Num Level=2
Channels=8
MaxOrders=8
Risk= 2%
Fifo=false

I also receive a lot of off quotes and invalid price errors.
in live I can see that the EA could close half of these trade for 2 times the final pips. I can see spike to 20pips and finally MDP close it at 10pips.

So now I change the settings to this:
Num level=2
Channels=7
Maxorders=8
Risk=1.5 (less risk, should close orders sooner)
group orders=true (to reduce the stress and the requotes / of quotes errors)
fifo=false

and I'll see the results.

I don't play with the previous version enough to compare this.
MDP should setup 2 demo accounts with both versions to compare this.

Due to issue with my first broker and with my PC at home, MDP was never is good condition to work properly.
So I switch to another broker yesterday... :)
still running from home, but I'll setup a VPs soon

the order processing time (using an EA which test this) is between 300 and 600ms (while my first broker was between 900 and 1100ms.)
But MDP detects an open order at 1100 ms and an average modification time of 450ms during the process of the 34 orders this morning.
So slower to open an order during peak activity compare to the benchmark results.

So grouping orders should resolve these open orders issues.
