Cyprus Inflation Rate YoY
Consumption of food and non-alcoholic beverages is the most significant category in the consumer price index in Cyprus (16.2% of total weight). Transport contributes 15.2% of total GDP, followed by housing and utilities (12.3%), miscellaneous goods and services (8.8%), clothing and footwear (8.5%), and restaurants and hotels (8.4%). 30.6 percent of the total weight is accounted for by the following categories: furniture, household goods and maintenance, health, recreation and culture, communication, education, and alcoholic beverages and tobacco.
A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the EUR while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the EUR.

German Exports Rebound; Industrial Orders Data Disappoint

Eurozone Sentix Investor Confidence Rises For 7 Straight Months
Eurozone investor confidence improved for the seventh straight month in May to hit the highest level since February 2022 as both current situation and expectations rose in small but steady steps, a closely watched survey showed on Monday.
